the founder of this site raju ginne , as a student i search on the internet for education results, and jobs,  later i realized to create better content for users like me, unfortunately there is i don;t know about seo thing, 2012 started a website which is called airtet.in its went well but after google panda update website died,  later created tspscjobs.co.in for my region specific info its also worked well in the beginning, i want to expand the brand name tspscjobs.co.in to employmentnewsdaily.in , hired 3 employees to update new information, but they changed urls some 30%+ old pages,  i don’t know about redirection,  create new website with fresh content careerbytes.co.in  Created
5/2/2018 (sarkari result for brand name). later sarkariresultz not seems to good brand name decided to sarkariplex.com. (Created
10/19/2023) after 2 years moved back to careerbytes.co.in due to HCU penalty (aug 2022 still goin on.) reovered from HCU march 2025 update after deleting toal content about 3000+pages (big mistake years of hard work gone)

we have depth knowledge all indian jobs and recruitment exams since we are writing for years. but every year new fresh start because content expires.

About founder

Rajuginni as student in 2005 interested in internet things, in 2008 created mp3 download webiste in blogger.com mahamusic.blogspot.com.

2012 created airte.in for indian job careers its got somepoulaity but due to lack of tehnical knowlege, confusion chaged everytime domain name. tspscjobs.co.in employmentnewsdaily.in then careerbytes.co.in then sarkariplex.com and then back to careerbytes.co.in .

he share some tehnical stuff related to bloggin and hosting at his personal website (theonlineking.com 2-3 years to raazkumar.com 4-5 years to rajuginni.com 1 year old changed becuase of naming)
