These selection communities formed by state government rather than central government. there no relation between SSC and state level SSC but maybe these controlled by central SSC like UPSC. most of the state governments announce through public service commissions. but these are states those have pscs and SSC boards.

SSC Online Application Process:
It includes two parts of the application:
Part 1: filling your Basic, contact, education details etc. generating payment challan.
You will get the application ID. with this you can complete the rest of the application after payment.
without payment: you cannot apply for part 2 of the application.

part 2: making payment & uploading documents:
After making payment with online, sbi is the preferred one for staff selection commission. But you can make payment by Debit card(ATM card), net banking, Paytm, UPI and other payment methods those available under billdesk payment gateway.
Uploading documents within size: This problem generally faced most of the computer illiterates, before we can resize the image by Microsoft paint and upload same to the SSC application portal.

How to download? generally, SSC announces exam dates for various regions one by one. once the north region completes then its go for south and rest of all.
candidates have to visit the regional website click on available admit cards. like SSC CGL.
enter the details of application (id, name, date of birth, father name, mobile number etc).
and click on download to view the exam date and its center.
