Air India Cabin Crew Male Female 2024 vacancy details:

The airline’s two subsidiaries — Air India Express and AirAsia India — together have around 850 pilots for flying their 54 planes while the joint venture Vistara has more than 600 pilots. ​​​

 Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification:

The minimum educational qualification for Www.airindia.in recruitment 2024 is Completed class 12 from a recognized Board / University with minimum 60% marks however, candidates with higher education also eligible for apply for Cabin Crew Male Female vacancy but age limit is mandatory.

• Weight: – In proportion to height
• BMI Range: 18 – 22
• Vision:
  • Near Vision N/5 in a better eye and N/6 in worst eye.
  • Distant vision 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in another eye.
  • Spectacles NOT allowed.
  • Contact lenses up to ±2D permitted.
  • Colour vision should be normal on Ishihara Chart.

Note: Candidates, who have undergone Lasik surgery for correction of eyesight, will be considered provided the surgery was carried out atleast six months before the date of applying to this job.

• Cosmetic appearance: Should be well groomed with clear complexion without any  noticeable blemish, no odd scars / birth marks. Even and regular teeth. No visible tattoos
• Speech: Clear speech, no stammering, lisping. Command of the English  language with clear understandable accent.
• Language Proficiency: Should be fluent in English and one or more Indian languages.

Interview

15-week programme

include extensive classroom and in-flight training at the airline’s training facility in Mumbai as well as familiarization flights

Air India Cabin Crew Male Female Salary / pay scale 2024

Rs.15,000 – 36,630

starting salary of an airhostess in an aviation ranges from Rs 25000/- to Rs 40000/-.

A senior air hostess of a domestic airline will receive impressive amount of salary between Rs 50000/- to 75,000/-.

Flight Attendant = Rs 2 lakh – Rs 12 lakh (annually)

Senior Air hostess ( Domestic Public / Private Sector)* = Rs 50 K to Rs 75 K (monthly)

Ground Attendant (Aviation) = Rs 145,211 (monthly)

Cabin Crew = Rs 38 K – Rs 42 K (monthly)

Customer Service Agent = Rs 1.5 lakh – Rs 3.5 lakh (annually)

Basic salary 15,000– 37,800 salary in hand will be 2x of basic salary* including allowances Air India gives best (in the market) salary for 2024 Cabin Crew Male Female Recruitment.

Emoluments: During the period of training, the candidates will be given a stipend of Rs.15,000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates may  initially draw fixed pay of Rs.18,630/-and Flying Allowance based on the actual hours flown as per the rates applicable. An average monthly flying hour for 60 hrs is Rs. 18,000/- approximately and the total emoluments after training will be Rs.36,630/- approximately.
