Such recruitment will be done according to tribal population

• More than 50 percent : ST. 100 percent Talathi posts will be filled from the category itself
• For tribal population between 25 to 50 percent: 50 percent vacancies
• If the population is less than 25 percent: 25 percent of the posts will be filled as the seats increase.
• S. T. SC, OBC and other category seats will be increased in districts with low population.

There are 12636 vacancies going fill up by district wise notification, in this 4000+ are contract basis and 8000+ are permanent basis. the talathi recruitment process starts from next few weeks maybe in february or march. source (print media).
