Bachelor degree in Vocation or Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education OR OR National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training. B. EXPERIENCE- Note 1- The candidate eligible for Training officer will also be eligible for Principles of Teaching. Note 2- Maximum ten percent weightage in marks will be awarded to candidates having National Craft Instructor Certificate or Craftsmen Instructor Training Scheme qualification after acquiring degree or diploma or Craftsmen Training Scheme qualification in the concerned trade. Note 3- Qualification are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission or Competent Authority for reason to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. Note 4- The qualifications regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission or competent authority, in the case of candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes if at any stage of selection, the Union Public Service Commission or competent authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from this community possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancy reserved for them. |
