| Pay Scale | Level-10 of the pay matrix (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-). |
| Age | Not exceeding 35 years as on normal closing date. Not exceeding 40 years for SC candidates in respect of the number of vacancies reserved for them. Note- Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants upto five years as per instructions/ orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time. | Essential Qualification (s) | A. EDUCATIONAL-
(i) A recognised Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree qualification included in part-I of the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). (ii) Should be registered with any State Dental Council or Tribunal in India. (iii) Completion of CRI (compulsory rotating internship)-candidates who may not have completed CRI are also eligible to appear for selection provided that, if selected, they shall have satisfactorily completed the compulsory internship before appointment. Note- Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Services Commission for reasons recorded in writing in case of candidates otherwise well qualified. |
