  • Subjects of Nepal or Bhutan.
  • Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962.

2. Educational Qualification

  • For Army and Air Force: A degree (with at least 60% marks) in any discipline from a recognized university. OR
  • For Navy (Engineering Branch): A B.E./B.Tech degree in Engineering (with 60% marks).
  • Alternative: Candidates appearing for the final year of their degree exam and expected to complete it by the admission date to the academy are also eligible.

3. Age Limit

  • General Category: 19–25 years.
  • OBC: 19–28 years.
  • SC/ST: 19–30 years.
  • Ex-Servicemen: 19–30 years + service years + 5/6 years of commissioned service.
    Age as on the date of the written exam.
