Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Citizens of Nepal or Bhutan, individuals of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Vietnam, Zambia, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Ethiopia, or South African countries of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or Myanmar to permanently settle in India are also eligible, provided they hold the necessary eligibility certificates.

Educational Qualification

The educational qualification for the LIC ADO post is a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

  • Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc.) from a recognized university.
  • Other Qualifications: Candidates pursuing their final year of graduation may also apply provisionally, but they must possess a valid mark sheet or degree certificate on or before the date of the Main examination.
