Passed SAS examination or CA with three years’ experience or over 5 years’ experience in maintenance of Accounts in Govt./ Semi-Govt. Office/ Institution preferably in a Scientific Institution with through knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations pertaining to Accounts, Budget, Inventory control and Stores Accounts. Must be able to maintain Accounts independently according to Govt. rules
